Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We’ll issue a credit after check the clothes.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the unused item in its original condition within 7 days of receipt and we will provide you with an online store credit, minus shipping costs.

Refunds are not allowed.
Allowable return items are products that are damaged. Allowable returned items will only be given an online store credit, no exceptions.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Please do not ship back any sale or "FINAL SALE" merchandise, as you will not be given a store credit nor will it be shipped back to you.
Regular merchandise received after 30 days will also not be given a store credit or be shipped back to you.
Should you notice a shipping error, you must notify customer service within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment.
Shipping errors received after the 30 days of receipt will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping errors received after 7 days will not be accepted back.
A shipping fee of $15.00 will be charged for exchanges. The original shipping fee will be deducted from the store credit for any order and orders that originally shipped for free will be charged as well: $15.00 for U.S.Orders. Returns will be processed within 5 - 7 business days.
Returns must be in original condition with all the original packaging, including the original invoice. Chloe&co.shop will not accept any item returned with obvious signs of wear or with any of the original tags removed.
Upon receipt of returned goods. Chloe & Co reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
After the tracking has been generated and sent by email, we are not responsible for the package.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Please be sure to include your order number and name on the outside of your return. The order # can be found in the email confirmation of your order or by logging into your account.
We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit.
